Actress, Producer, Teacher, Public Speaker, Director, Bubby, Pepper Jay graduated from San Diego State University, Pepper Jay obtained a lifetime teaching credential from the State of California, taught several subjects for the Los Angeles Unified School District including drama, dance, health education, and physical education, coordinated and produced shows by an 100+ member drill team, and continues to this day her private performance teaching and coaching with students such as Allison Iraheta (Winner Telemundo’s Quinceañera and Top Four American Idol – Season 8.), Nikki Nova (Top 10 International Taiwan Idol), Liquid Blue (Pop Album of the Year – LA Music Awards), and Gisell (Winner: Talentos Premios).
